What SnipWise provides

SnipWise is a Chrome extension and hosted AI service that can help users analyze webpages, screenshots, selected text, pasted content, uploaded text files, PDFs, zip/project files, document text, tables, chart data, coding requests, image prompts, study material, location-aware questions, and research questions. Outputs may include explanations, summaries, images, code files, zip bundles, document briefs, charts, flashcards, data analysis, local weather/time answers, and saved notes.

Plans and payments

SnipWise offers Free, Pro, Premium Monthly, and Premium Yearly plans. Payments are processed by ExtensionPay and Stripe. Prices, plan features, and usage limits are shown before purchase and may change for future billing periods or new subscribers.

Fair-use credits

SnipWise uses credits to control AI provider costs and keep service reliable. Different features use different credit weights. For example, short page chat is lighter than image generation, code bundles, or research document workflows. SnipWise may adjust limits, weights, throttles, or provider routing to protect service quality and prevent abuse.

Feature availability

Some features require Pro or Premium access. Provider availability can change because of AI-provider outages, model availability, quota limits, billing limits, moderation, API changes, or infrastructure issues. SnipWise may substitute models, adjust feature names, or temporarily disable features when needed.

Acceptable use

You may not use SnipWise to violate laws, infringe rights, bypass paywalls or access controls, defeat browser/site security, abuse paid limits, scrape at scale, generate malware, steal credentials, expose private keys or tokens, impersonate others, commit fraud, cheat on restricted assessments, or submit illegal/harmful content.

AI accuracy and professional topics

AI outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, fabricated, or unsuitable for your use. You are responsible for verifying important information. Science, medical, legal, financial, safety, and security outputs are for general informational use and are not professional advice.

User content

You are responsible for content you submit and must have the right to submit it. Do not upload or paste private, confidential, regulated, or sensitive content unless you are allowed to do so and understand that the content may be processed by hosted AI providers.

Location-aware answers

Weather, local time, nearby-place, traffic, and similar answers depend on browser-approved location, time-zone data, and third-party data availability. These outputs are estimates and may be unavailable, delayed, or inaccurate.

Generated code and files

Code outputs are generated assistance, not a warranty. Review, test, scan, and secure generated code before using it. Do not include real secrets in prompts or uploaded zip/project files. Generated files and zip bundles may be incomplete or unsafe; review, test, scan, and secure them before use. SnipWise may redact secret-like strings in outputs.

Image generation

Image generation must comply with applicable law, provider rules, Chrome Web Store policies, and these terms. Do not use SnipWise to create illegal, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful images.

Cancellations and refunds

Subscriptions can be managed through the billing portal when available. Refunds are handled according to purchase flow disclosures, payment processor rules, and support review.

Service changes

SnipWise may update, replace, limit, pause, or discontinue features, plans, providers, pricing, or credit rules over time.
